This month’s community meditation, the words and energies completely unscripted and channelled from in the Akashic Records came on a New Moon in Cancer, the dark moon, the invisible moon, the moon we cannot see and yet trust is still there. The moon had not disappeared. It had simply moved beyond visibility.

How often do we forget that our soul works in exactly the same way? Present when we cannot feel it. Guiding when we cannot hear it and working quietly beneath the surface while we convince ourselves that nothing is happening at all.

One question the Akashic Records asked: What feels like home to your soul?

Because the New Moon is not a time for having answers. It is a time for sowing seeds and tending to possibilities. We are not meant to see the whole path yet.

The guides were very clear on this.

There is so much happening beneath the surface that cannot yet be revealed. There are foundations being laid in places we cannot yet perceive and movement occurring in dimensions we do not yet have access to. Our role right now is not to force clarity where clarity does not yet exist.

Our role is simply to tend to the seed. To trust what we already know. To trust what we are receiving now. To trust that what is planted in this lunar cycle is already making its way towards manifestation. There was such tenderness around this message.

Invisible does not mean absent. The soul works quietly in much the same way.

I knew before we opened this session that The Guides wanted to talk about and transmit Love in the clearing piece of it… So we viscerally feel and understand what our love vibration actually feels like, and come into coherence with this in a constant and eternal way, moving us from a practice to embodied.

We all feel the frequency of Love in our own unique way, and in waves, which is determined by what our human self decides we are available for in the moment. If I can summarise it in one sentence, this session was transmuting to open us to more Love inside and outside… that was the intention.

In the Akashic Records The Guides brought us into a profound relationship with the frequency of love itself.

Love as our original blueprint, the natural state of the soul. The truth beneath every story, every fear, every condition and every illusion that says we are anything less than whole.

Throughout the session, the Guides showed us and tidied up energetic tangles, resolved inherited beliefs and unconscious thought patterns that have been influencing our ability to receive more love into our lives. You won’t be asked to share your experience unless you wish to at the end, and you don’t even need to have your camera on. You also don’t need any experience with the Akashic Records. We have a group chat for shares and feedback post-session ✨

You simply arrive exactly as you are, in the comfort of your own home.

At the beginning of our time together, I guide everyone into their own Records. From there, you are invited to lie down, settle into stillness, bring forward your intention for your session, and receive.

Throughout the session, I hold the group field and work with the energy that presents itself, supporting the bridge between your human experience and your soul’s deeper wisdom.

Our souls wanted us to see our childhood, the moment when we got on our first bike… a new set of wheels! The feelings we felt, the equal trepidation and excitement, feeling grown up and ready for a bright, new and expanding experience.

Spirit uses symbols and metaphors for good reason. It gives context to the guidance our soul is trying to relay, and it connects with us on an emotion level. When we recognise and understand the truth of a message through a metaphor, it lands more definitively and clearly.

Most people aren’t “blocked.” They’re actually feeling overwhelmed and unable to process their emotions with any depth, and through to completeness.

With too many responsibilities, so much noise, and a lot of emotional pressure to keep moving, when really their body is asking for a pause to recalibrate.
